If you are unsatisfied with the item’s quality, fit or performance simply return the item for a refund or exchange-this excludes all clearence items. All clearences sales are final, no returns or exchanges unless you recieve an item you did not order. LacrosseRepublic.com is not responsible for shipping charges on returned items that we filled correctly. We will take care of shipping costs should we ship you an incorrect item. No custom items (pads, bags, appareal, string jobs, etc.) can be returned. All custom items are checked for quality before being shipped. To return an item, please use the Returns Waiver. During the checkout process you will have the option of purchasing your items as a guest or as a registered member.
